Easy Return Process
You can return any item within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, simply email us at hello@stelvo.pk or call 📞 0308 7508068. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions. Please note that any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away. We’ll resolve the issue promptly—your satisfaction is our goal.
Exchanges Made Simple
Want a different size or color? The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved. This ensures you get what you want without delay.
Refund Timelines
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
